Love is the message

Newsletter number five is here, and it’s been a busy seven days, so thanks for bearing with me.

We’re looking pretty booked up over the next couple of weeks, including Valentine’s — for which we’re unable to take any more reservations.

However, our friends at Ladies Who Crunch have a very limited number of spots left for their annual Galentine's dinner.

Ladies Who Crunch is the fitness community for busy women, with a focus on boosting strength as well as confidence. You can expect heart-shaped, themed pizzas, drinks, desserts, and the wonderful company of the LWC crew.
